Are you looking for a mix of coaching and individual training? Then coaching based on competences is ideal for you. During one or more sessions you focus on your competencies and skills. This is interesting if you have a very specific question or if you prefer fast, individual learning.

At the request of your manager

Coaching on competencies can also be done at the request of your manager. That means that it determines what you have to work on in the sessions. Your coach supports you at that moment in achieving the set goals. The content and methodology are chosen based on what you exactly need.
