Are you looking for coaching? Then you can go to an individual trajectory. Both by appointment or online.

You will be coached at a time that suits you best. You can purchase this support per session or in a package that you can share with colleagues.

A mutual commitment

Your coach supports and guides you in the best possible way. We expect you to help set the agenda, reflect, critically question yourself, prepare cases and try out your good intentions. You also indicate yourself when the approach or goals need to be adjusted or the process can be completed.

Structure of an individual trajectory

We usually work with coaching sessions of one and a half hours, depending on the objectives and course of the session. Sessions are scheduled every 2 or 3 weeks. In this way we ensure that you have the opportunity to try out insights and new skills in practice. Your coach is available between sessions for questions and feedback.

How does a journey start?

Email us your question. One of our employees will call you to review your question. This takes about half an hour and is free and without obligation.

Who chooses the coach?

Depending on your question, we have coaches and guidance with specific expertise. It is important that you click well with your coach. So you make the choice yourself.

Cost?

You can pay per session or purchase a package. You can share the latter with colleagues.

  • € 200 excl. VAT per hour.
  • € 950 excl. VAT for 5 hours.
  • € 1800 excl. VAT for 10 hours.

Prices are exclusive of 21% VAT. After the first hour, you will be billed per 15 minutes. Social profit organizations can count on the package discount anyway and pay €180 excl. VAT per hour.
